A complete record, start to finish
Photo documentation isn't an afterthought — it's built into how we work. Every project record includes photos at three stages so you always know exactly what was done and why.
Property walkthrough before work begins
Every project starts with a thorough on-site assessment. We photograph the affected surfaces, record the problem, and note the materials involved before any work is scheduled.
Progress photos captured during the service
Our technicians document the work in progress — mid-service photos show the treatment method, any conditions discovered during the job, and the property's condition as it evolves.
Completed-work photography and maintenance notes
After the service, we photograph the finished result and file a maintenance recommendation with the project record — so you have a clear, dated reference for future care decisions.
